Staffing and Recruiting

Relationship Media, LLC

Relationship Media, LLC is assembling an exclusive team of fractional leadership partners to deliver our proven, proprietary training system to organizations across key industries. We provide the solution. You provide the relationships. Together, we close the cultural gap that is crippling today’s workforce.

Tasks

Why This Matters
Organizations across public service, manufacturing, and healthcare are losing billions to cultural disconnect. Our training directly addresses this challenge, and partners like you help us reach the leaders who need it most.

Requirements

Two Fractional Partnership Tracks
1. Fractional Certified Partner (Commission Based)
Ideal for independent/fractional consultants seeking:

A ready-made leadership curriculum

A leadership curriculum to add to your existing consulting practice

A brandable product white-labeled to sell under your name/logo, etc.

A scalable, recurring revenue without delivering the training yourself

A strong commission structure that rewards you for having the network and ability to close deals

2. Fractional Affiliate Partner (Referral Based)
Ideal for retired or semi-retired leaders who:

Have a trusted network

Prefer to make introductions, not deliver training

Want someone else to handle the sales, training, and delivery

Want meaningful part-time engagement with high upside

Want to earn a strong referral fee on closed deals

Benefits

What You Gain

White-label rights for Certified Partners

A mission-driven leadership system that actually works

Flexibility, autonomy, and non-employment partnership

This is a 100% commission-based partnership opportunity for established professionals who understand that their relationships are their most valuable asset.
