To strengthen our ambitious, highly motivated, and powerful team, we are now looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner (m/f)

You will be driving the evolution of our mobile and web app, shaping its features and functionality to meet the needs of our users and enhance their experience. This includes close collaboration with our leadership, design, tech, and marketing teams to define our product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

You will be responsible for the following areas:

• Lead the end-to-end product development cycle agilely, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and UX/UI improvements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis systematically, gather user feedback, and analyze data to identify product improvements and innovation opportunities.
• Prioritize and manage the Relai product backlog, defining clear user stories and acceptance criteria for our agile development sprints, ensuring effective and efficient implementation.
• Work closely and highly results-oriented with designers and engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications and tangible user experiences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

What do you need for this job?

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position at a fintech B2C mobile app startup, ideally with a Bitcoin angle
• Strong ability to prioritize and implement the right tasks through agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams as the sole PM/PO
• High affinity and passion for Bitcoin, personal finance, and working in a startup environment
• Extreme obsession for user experience, unconditional reliability, and strong results-orientation
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages like German, French or Italian are a plus
