**Assistant Winemaker** (m/f/d)  
**for the grape harvest 2025  
**from approx. end of August to mid of October

## Tasks

*   reception, analysis, pre-clarification and storage of must
*   sensory and analytical monitoring of fermentation
*   Tasks in the day-to-day business of the cellars
*   Participation in all necessary documentation work
*   Young wine treatment, racking

## Requirements

*   Training as a viticulture technician, wine cooper, wine technologist or degree in viticulture, oenology or beverage technology
*   Motivated, committed and able to work under pressure
*   Passion for wine
