Reflaunt has spent years building the infrastructure that makes resale work for luxury brands. While we were doing that, we watched retail stay stubbornly linear in an industry that keeps telling itself it's changing. Resale exists, sure, but it's still bolted on, an afterthought, a separate tab you open when you need cash. And frankly, nobody has done it in a way that actually feels luxury; the experience, the curation, the service level. That gap is embarrassing given what's at stake.
We think resale should be woven into how luxury works from the start. Into how pieces are bought, valued, passed on. Into what it means to own something beautiful and what happens when you're ready to let it go. That's where personal shoppers come in. Not as salespeople. As custodians of taste.
We're building something around that idea. Members-only, high-end, still under wraps and we're looking for someone to help us build its voice before we go public.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the creative force behind the social presence of a stealth product. That means building a visual identity, writing copy that cuts through, and developing a tone of voice for something with no rulebook yet. You'll have freedom that most interns don't get because we don't want someone to execute a brief. We want someone to write it.
Concretely: conceiving and producing content (editorial planning, copywriting, finding or creating images and short-form video), managing media channels, building a community before launch, experimenting, killing what doesn't work, and doing it again.
What we're looking for
Someone who finds "aesthetic" a boring word. Who thinks the best fashion content of the last decade came from an archive Tumblr or a Comme des Garçons lookbook from 1997, not a brand's Instagram grid.
You understand resale not as a trend but as the only logical way consumption evolves. You get excited about provenance, about the object that outlives the season, about the idea that a coat can carry twenty years of someone else's story.
You have opinions. You're willing to be wrong about them. You're a little provocative. You're funny in a dry, specific way, not meme-funny.
You understand the difference between luxury and expense. Between exclusivity and elitism. Between a brand that earns its silence and one that just posts less.
You don't produce content that looks like content.

Why Join Reflaunt
Why this, why now
Because the fashion industry is finally reckoning with what comes after the first sale, and most of what's being built to answer that question is boring. We're building something that isn't. You'd be in the room, small team, real decisions, stealth phase with the rare chance to define a voice before the world hears it.
If that sounds like the kind of platform you've been looking for, tell us who you are. Not with a CV. With whatever best shows us how you see.
