## Tasks

*   **Work closely with the founders and sales teams to consistently translate the product vision into a highly executable roadmap**
*   **Identify new product opportunities with a user-centric and data-driven mindset, actively seeking out customer needs and pain points**
*   **Structure and define product requirements for the Design and Engineering teams.**
*   **Prioritize and adjust the backlog according to strategic product value.**
*   **Design strategies for product adoption and gather usage data to identify opportunities and drive refinements**
*   **Improve the product constantly, relying heavily on data and analytics for decision making**

## Requirements

*   **At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner**
*   **Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to make decisions**
*   **You love solving problems with innovative solutions**
*   **Previous experience with SaaS / Fintech / Retailtech products, and some design skills is a plus**
*   **You value open and honest communication and sharing knowledge**
*   **You are fluent in English, German is a plus.**
