Role Snapshot

• Remote/Onsite: Hybrid (3 days per week in office; flexible)

The Role

You'll be the go-to expert and lead for Order to Cash in SAP — responsible for the entire OTC business process from Sales Order through to Collections. This isn't a team lead role; it's about mastery and process control. You'll configure, optimise, and troubleshoot the OTC landscape, work closely with Finance (FI/CO integration is core), manage requirements from the business, and ensure the process runs smoothly across the organisation. Your knowledge will be the foundation that the wider team relies on.

Must-Have:

• Proven SAP OTC (Order to Cash) expertise — sales orders, billing, collections, credit management
• Strong understanding of FI/CO integration and how OTC sits within the financial close
• In-house SAP experience (implementation and/or ongoing support)
• Fluent English

Nice-to-Have:

• S/4HANA experience
• Exposure to Fiori and modern UX
• Exposure to billing engines or collections processes
• Experience in manufacturing or complex B2B environments
