__Start Date:__ 

* Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process

__Teaching Hours:__ 

* Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per week!

__Students:__ 

* Adult professionals over the age of 18
* Students are based throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America

__Remuneration:__ 

* Set base rate of 6 USD per hour

__﻿Contract type:__

* You will be contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company as an Independent Service Provider

__Location:__ 

* Work from the convenience of your home

__KEY RESPONSIBILITIES__ 

* Deliver English lessons and guidance to students
* Create a fun and engaging classroom environment by facilitating one-on-one or group instruction & utilizing world class teaching methods
* Lead discussions, assess student performance and provide constructive feedback

__Requirements__

_Applicants must have:_ 

* Bachelor's Degree or higher (Any field)
* Completed, accredited 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA
* 6 Months teaching or tutoring experience
* Computer literate
* Clear criminal record
* Engaging and inspiring communication skills
* Punctual and precise timekeeping
* Available to fit into allocated teaching shift slots

__TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)__ 

* __PC specifications:__

* Processor: Intel ® Core™ i5 CPU @2.0GHz (8 CPUs) or greater
* Memory: 8GB RAM or greater

* __Backup power:__

* Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching). This is applicable and a non-negotiable requirement for candidates based in a country where regular power interruptions occur.

* __A stable fibre internet connection:__

* At a minimum of 20 mbps upload and download speeds
* PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection

* Noise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera.

* Back-up headset highly recommended

* __Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment__
