Project Manager - RCT Solutions India (m/w/d)

• Lead engineering and advisory projects from planning through completion.
• Manage conceptual and basic engineering activities for industrial and PV manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across different project phases.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders during project execution.
• Support feasibility studies, technical assessments, and due diligence activities for new projects.
• Review engineering concepts, layouts, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation measures in cooperation with the project team.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Projects, the Head of Engineering, and discipline leads.
• Contribute to project reporting, internal coordination, and decision-making processes within the PMO structure.
• Support the successful execution of international projects, including coordination across locations and cultures.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy, or related discipline).
• Typically, 7–12 years of experience in engineering project management or engineering consulting.
• Experience managing industrial engineering or plant design projects.
• Experience with conceptual and basic engineering for industrial facilities is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering project delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
