The Social Media Lead is responsible for the management and monitoring of Ravel's overall Social Engagement strategy through all our social channels. Work with the CMO and other team members to develop a strategy and plan to support Ravel's GTM goals and our extension into the market. This includes fully owning our social media accounts by developing a repeatable set of processes to receive content, prep for social channels, and engage the community.

Ensure consistency in voice and cultivate a strong community around Ravel's Social platforms. Create social media content assets (graphics, video, messaging). Moderate, engage, and respond to the Ravel social community, providing excellent quality of service and managing general brand perception. Monitor trends and assist in collecting data; define a set of relevant keywords and keyword combinations for use through Ravel's Social Media channels and community boards.

Help with Ravel platform "How To" videos (e.g., trip planning app). Point of contact for social community suggestions and funnel them back into relevant teams, including marketing, product, and customer service. Gather insight and create business reports to be shared across all company levels.
