We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary **Head of Software Engineering (m/f/d)** to join our team in Munich. ## Tasks

*   Lead and collaborate with the team on design decisions.
*   Grow and develop the team by mentoring, coaching, and helping them improve their skills.
*   Developing new features for our mobile products (React Native and iOS/Android Native code), Python-based Microservice architecture and overseeing the Embedded Rust Firmware Development
*   Ensuring a high level of quality in the product, through automated and manual testing.
*   Taking care of security, performance and scalability of the plattform.

## Requirements

*   An curious mind with a passion for continuous learning.
*   6+ years of professional experience in Software Development.
*   2+ years of Leading Software Development teams.
*   Familiarity with React Native, Python Web Development and Devops.
*   Unit testing and UI testing experience.
*   If you have some Rust experience, you are very welcome as well.
