Tasks
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure a high level of service, trust, and comfort — you will be a friendly and reliable point of contact for clients.
- Manage internal systems such as CRM (Pipedrive), Slack, and Google Sheets.
- Prepare regular reports for the sales team and leadership.
- Handle post-sale client support and communication.
- Collaborate with the compliance team on client verification and regulatory checks.
- Cooperate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve internal processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or client success roles.
- Strong client-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (like Pipedrive), Google Sheets, and Slack.
- Self-organized and able to work efficiently in a remote setting.
- English is a plus but not mandatory.
