Founded in 1973, our dynamic and innovative service bank has a full banking licence and brings the decades of experience of an established German credit institution to the table. In processing both loan portfolios and receivables of selected borrowers, it combines performance strength and competent advice with efficient solutions. Since 2019, the bank has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raisin and has been operating under the name Raisin Bank AG since August 2019.

## Your Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary contact person/account manager for ongoing cooperations, acting as a liaison between our company and our partners.
* Facilitate the flow of communication, addressing inquiries, and providing timely and accurate responses to partners' questions and concerns.
* Foster strong relationships with partners through regular updates, ensuring effective communication in both directions.
* Proactively contribute to the long-term development of platform partners and our cooperations, identifying opportunities for collaboration, growth, and mutual success.
* Take responsibility for documentation and supervisory duties related to partnerships, including maintaining a central register of all partnerships, contracts, and commercial terms.
* Ensure accurate documentation of interactions, agreements, and compliance with outsourcing and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Stay updated on annual financial statements, audit certificates, certifications, and other regulatory obligations, updating relevant information as necessary.
* Maintain and update the product catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct regular information exchanges with partners, involving relevant specialist departments or management as needed.
* Identify and provide solutions for any challenges or issues that may arise during the partnership, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction for all parties involved.
* Actively participate in marketing activities, including organizing events, mediating leads between partners, and representing the company at industry/startup events.
* Collaborate with relevant associations and industry bodies to strengthen our market presence and explore potential business opportunities.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying and initiating potential operational enhancements, working closely with product and operations departments.
* Support IT changes and future partner onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and effective utilization of technology solutions.

## Your Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, FInance, or any related field.
* Proven experience in partner management or a similar role within the financial services industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple partnerships and tasks simultaneously.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, able to identify opportunities for improvement and drive positive change.
* Knowledge of financial statements, audit processes, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
* Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and achieving targets.
* Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, evolving environment and work effectively.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Professionally proficient English and C1 level German skills
