As we look to the future, we are in search of an enthusiastic, ambitious Senior Sales Specialist with a natural aptitude for selling and a passion for gaming. We seek a candidate who not only excels in customer outreach and business development but also understands the unique nuances of the gaming industry. ## Tasks

*   Prospecting for potential partners via networking, cold outreach, and comprehensive market research.
*   Cooperating with internal teams to nurture and manage inbound sales leads.
*   Coordinating and attending meetings with prospective partners to generate a robust sales pipeline.
*   Undertaking market research to aid in business development and strategic growth.
*   Contacting potential customers, securing appointments and leading the discussion to ascertain business opportunities.
*   Navigating complex business hierarchies to identify decision-makers, working around obstacles, and maintaining contact despite changes in leads.
*   Efficiently tracking business opportunities, managing meetings, and synchronizing with key stakeholders.
*   Developing customer proposal documents and delivering persuasive presentations to promote our services.

## Requirements

*   Must be an active gamer with a genuine passion for various genres and titles in the gaming industry.
*   Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role.
*   A customer-centric mentality with a commitment to prompt responsiveness.
*   Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to connect, influence, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
*   Proven track record in building relationships and gaining access to key decision-makers.
*   An enthusiastic demeanour complemented by top-notch communication and presentation skills.
*   High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*   Excellent teamwork abilities and willingness to share workloads proactively.
*   Comfort in cold calling prospective customers and presenting our services.
*   Profound understanding of outbound pipeline generation and lead management.

**Good to have**

*   Proficient with HubSpot: As our chosen Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, substantial experience with HubSpot is highly desirable. Candidates should be capable of managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, improving customer service relationships, and assisting in customer retention and driving sales growth.
*   Strong technical skills: In a rapidly evolving digital environment, having good technical abilities is a strong advantage. Candidates should feel comfortable using a range of software and systems, troubleshooting problems, and quickly adapting to new technologies.
*   Familiarity with Photoshop: While not a strict requirement, familiarity with Photoshop or similar graphic design software would be a definite plus. Whether creating visuals for presentations or tweaking images for proposal documents, this skill could prove extremely beneficial.
