RAID Studios is a comprehensive publishing support partner, specializing in esport, community building, and creative services within the games industry. We work with game developers and publishers, as well as brands around the world, delivering S-Tier third-party services for PC, Console, and Mobile. Founded in 2017 by industry veterans, we are rapidly expanding our team with roles opening up in Dublin and remote.

**Our preference for this role is for candidates resident in Ireland, but we are also open to applicants resident within the EU and UK. This role is fully remote.**

We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious Marketing Specialist who above all else is an avid gamer. You must have knowledge of the gaming world, with at least a basic understanding of the relationship between game developers and publishers.

Your primary focus will be to create awareness of our business and services through the online strategies and campaigns you build. You'll work directly with leadership to shape our online brand, helping game developers and publishers understand how we can add immense value to their games, players and business. You'll also have the opportunity, from time to time to work on marketing beats to help launch our partner Triple-A games to players around the world.

*   Create marketing strategies to build awareness of our business and drive increased inbound conversations.
*   Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic.
*   Collaborate with multiple departments to build out cohesive marketing and communications plans.
*   Help shape our brand positioning and narrative.
*   Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.

## Requirements

*   You must be a core gamer, primarily on PC.
*   You have worked in Marketing Strategy for at least 1 year or you are a recent graduate with a relevant qualification.
*   You speak fluent English. 
*   You're an outstanding communicator, both verbally and in written form.
