Director of Sales – Radisson RED Athens – NEW Opening expected in Q4/2026 – Q1/2027

Are you a strategic thinker, a results-driven leader, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? As our Team Leader Sales, you will drive performance, inspire a high-energy team, and take our sales efforts to the next level across a portfolio of hotels.

• Lead and manage all sales initiatives for the Radisson RED Athens (new opening expected between Q4/2026 – Q1/2027)
• Maximize revenue growth by implementing strategic sales activities aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities to ensure successful market positioning and growth
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales potential.

• Proven experience in a leadership role within hotel sales, with a strong track record of driving performance.
• Native Greek and fluent English language skills
• Commercially astute, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious and results-oriented, with a passion for increasing productivity and sales volume.
• Excellent communicator and negotiator, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
• A clear thinker with attention to detail, able to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
• Passionate about creating a positive impact and enhancing the hotel's reputation within the community
