About The Role We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Eastern Europe Customer Service Team. Knowledge of Hungarian language is required for this position. In this role, you will support customer service operations in Hungary. If you value accuracy, teamwork, and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment — this role is for you.
Tasks
- Operate JDE system in the context of CS
- Receive and handle all orders from the customers and processing them effectively
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers
- Collaborate with logistics, planning, production plants and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issues
- Participate in inventory counts of stocks
- Support audits (internal and external)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to customer service processes and JDE usage
- Participate in trainings and development to stay updated on JDE functionalities and customer service best practices.
- Participation in corporate projects
Requirements
- Hungarian native speaker
- English advanced in writing and speaking
- Customer Service 2 years of experience - in any field
- JDE ERP - nice to have
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
