QAI Ventures is a global venture platform operating at the frontier of advanced computing, from quantum technologies to AI infrastructure. We combine three core pillars, a venture fund, an accelerator, and a venture builder, enabling us to support startups from ideation through to scale. THE ROLE

This is not a traditional brand role.

We are looking for a Design Lead, Brand and Mrketing to own and execute QAI Ventures' global visual identity and digital presence across all touchpoints. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will work across all business units: fund, accelerator, venture builder, and corporate innovation, to build and maintain a brand system that drives investor conviction, attracts top-tier founders, and positions QAI as a category-defining firm in advanced computing.

You will own how QAI looks, behaves, and converts. This is a highly hands-on, systems-oriented role.
You are expected to build, not just direct.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

– QAI's full brand system, visual identity, content, and digital presence

– Design systems across LP decks, investor materials, documents, and web

– Website performance, structure, and continuous evolution

– AI-powered creative and content workflows

– Analytics, tracking, and performance optimization

– SEO strategy and discoverability

Tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand System & Visual Identity

– Design and continuously refine QAI's global visual identity across all outputs

– Build and maintain a scalable Figma-based design system with components, tokens, and

guidelines

– Act as the central design partner across all business units, enforcing brand consistency and quality

Marketing & Design Execution

– Execute a wide range of high-stakes assets: LP and investor decks, event materials, social media

campaigns, animations, and digital content

– Support CEO communications with high-impact presentation design for speeches and high-profile

events

– Design and produce premium physical brand assets, merch, event presence, and investor

materials

– Build expert-level presentation systems in Google Slides / Keynote with strong data visualization

Web & Digital Presence

– Own and continuously improve the website as a conversion engine, not a static page

– Manage Squarespace (required) and/or Webflow / Framer end-to-end, including UX, performance,

and CMS-driven content

– Implement and maintain analytics (GA4), tracking systems, and conversion funnels

– Own SEO strategy and execution using Ahrefs or equivalent tools

– Optimize Core Web Vitals and website performance across markets and languages

AI & Automation

– Build repeatable AI-driven pipelines, not one-off outputs, using Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and

equivalent tools

– Use AI to accelerate content production, generate high-quality visuals, and streamline internal

workflows

– Own content systems: articles, LP updates, structured publishing workflows

Cross-Functional & Governance

– Enforce brand governance and consistency across teams and business units

– Manage CRM, email marketing tools, and webform integrations

– Support the preparation of high-quality materials for corporate clients and investors

interchangeable

– The website functions as a high-conversion entry point for LPs, founders, and corporate partners

– All materials, decks, digital, and physical, reflect technical credibility and precision

– The brand system scales cleanly across channels, teams, and geographies

– Outputs are fast, consistent, and high-quality with minimal bottlenecks

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Design & Systems (Must-Have)

– Figma, advanced: components, tokens, scalable design systems

– Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or equivalent

– Strong visual judgment: technical, precise, non-generic, built for sophisticated audiences

– 3–5 years in brand, design, or product marketing roles

– Portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution across digital and physical formats (required to

apply)

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

– HTML / CSS, required; ability to build and edit without developer dependency

– JavaScript, working knowledge: implement tracking, debug issues, and integrate tools and APIs

– CMS ownership, Squarespace (must); Webflow / Framer (strong plus)

– GA4, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization

AI & Automation (Must-Have)

– Advanced usage of Claude, prompt systems, workflow design, not just chat

– Midjourney or equivalent, high-quality visual generation

– Experience building repeatable AI-driven pipelines for content and creative production

– No-code / low-code automation tools, Zapier, Make, or equivalent

Growth & Analytics (Must-Have)

– Google Analytics / GA4

– Ahrefs or equivalent SEO tools

– Understanding of traffic → narrative → conversion

Strong Plus

– CRM fluency, HubSpot or equivalent: segmentation, pipeline visibility, attribution

– Email marketing systems and webform integrations

– Motion and interaction design for web and presentations

– Experience designing and producing premium physical brand assets

– Expert-level presentation design systems (Google Slides / Keynote)

– Content system experience: articles, LP updates, structured publishing

Nice-to-Haves

– Photography and video production/editing

– German language skills

– Experience in venture capital, deep tech, AI, or quantum technologies

– Experience building brand systems from scratch

Languages

– English, fluent, written and spoken (required)
