As Senior Venture Product, Growth & Brand Lead, you take on a central role within the Venture Building Team of QAI Ventures Singapore at the intersection of product, market, growth, and communication. Your primary focus is on operational work with early-stage deep tech ventures within our venture building and accelerator program. In close collaboration with founders, venture leads, and product, management, and growth profiles, you support the structured development of new ventures from problem definition through product positioning to go-to-market execution and initial market validation.

In this role, you act as a hands-on product and growth manager within the venture building teams. You help translate complex technologies into understandable products, clear value propositions, and compelling market communication. You work closely with founders to sharpen problem-solution fit, prioritize use cases, and implement first go-to-market approaches. At the same time, you ensure that positioning, brand, communication, and market presence of the ventures are built consistently, clearly, and differentiatedely.

You also take an active role in building first commercial activities, from identifying suitable pilot customers to initiating initial customer relationships and validating willingness to pay.

Together with founders and technical teams, you define initial product concepts, derive MVP scope and product requirements, and structure iterative product development cycles based on market and user feedback.

In addition to the venture building work, you are responsible for approximately 30% of your time for the marketing of QAI Ventures Singapore and the APAC region. In close coordination with the Group CMO and local agencies, you implement the global marketing strategy locally and position QAI as a leading Quantum AI Venture Builder. The remaining time you work directly with venture teams and help build their market presence from scratch — from positioning and messaging through go-to-market strategy to first campaigns, market tests, and lead generation.

You move confidently between strategic structuring of product and market logic and pragmatic hands-on execution, and can work in parallel on multiple ventures with different technologies, markets, and business models.

You systematically transfer learnings across different ventures, markets, and technologies, thereby contributing to the continuous development of the entire venture portfolio.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Venture Growth and Market Development

  • Within the venture building teams, you support founders and venture leads in building market validation, growth, and go-to-market execution.
  • Development and implementation of initial go-to-market strategies for new deep tech ventures
  • Definition of target customer segments, market priorities, and market entry strategies
  • Building initial lead generation activities as well as early sales pipelines and customer contacts
  • Analysis of market feedback and integration of insights into product and positioning
  • Planning, structuring, and execution of initial market tests and pilot projects
  • Development of experiments to validate market assumptions
  • Validation of customer fit in close collaboration with growth, product, and scientific teams
  • Conducting market and acquirer mapping to identify relevant target segments and potential pilot partners
  • Active development of initial commercial relationships, including outreach to potential customers and partners
  • Testing business hypotheses through concrete market interactions, e.g. via LoIs, MoUs, or pilot projects
  • Early development and support of sales activities to generate initial revenues and customer feedback
  • Definition of MVP scope and initial product requirements in close coordination with founders and technical teams
  • Derivation and prioritization of product hypotheses, features, and use cases
  • Structuring of product iterations based on market and user feedback
  • Support in the development of initial prototypes and product concepts (at the functional and UX level)

Brand, Positioning and Venture Narrative

  • Development of clear positioning and value propositions for deep tech ventures
  • Translation of complex quantum and AI technologies into understandable narratives for customers, partners, and investors
  • Development of messaging frameworks and communication structures
  • Building consistent brand identities for new ventures
  • Support in the development of pitch narratives and investor storylines
  • Ensuring clear differentiation within the venture portfolio
  • Building basic marketing infrastructure for ventures such as website structure, content logic, and communication lines
  • Creation of central marketing and communication materials
  • Conception and support of initial UX/UI concepts and prototypes for digital products
  • Ensuring a consistent and user-centered experience across all touchpoints

Country Marketing Singapore and APAC (approx. 30%)

  • Implementation of the marketing strategy for QAI Ventures Singapore and the APAC region in close coordination with the Group CMO.
  • Local implementation of the global marketing and PR strategy
  • Expansion and management of marketing activities for Singapore and APAC including website, social media, content, and event presence
  • Coordination and management of local marketing agencies
  • Positioning of QAI Singapore as a leading Quantum AI Venture Builder, Accelerator, and Startup Investor
  • Generation of qualified applications for programs as well as pipeline for partnerships and corporates
  • Contribution to the achievement of defined marketing KPIs

Strategic Market Positioning and Portfolio Perspective

  • Ensuring clear differentiation between ventures within the portfolio
  • Further development of positioning standards and marketing templates for QAI Singapore
  • Close collaboration with venture leads as well as product and growth profiles to integrate market feedback into product and strategy
  • Support in the definition of industry focus areas and market priorities

Team and Organisational Development

  • Contribution to building an effective venture building structure in Singapore
  • Close collaboration with local QAI teams and global roles to ensure stable delivery capacities
  • Support in promoting clear roles, responsibilities, and efficient processes
  • Integration of global methodology, governance, and reporting structures

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in product, growth, marketing, or venture building roles in technology-driven startups
  • Experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for new products or ventures
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, value proposition design, and market communication
  • Experience in building growth channels and lead generation
  • Ability to communicate complex technological content in an understandable and compelling way
  • Experience in pragmatically building brands and positioning for technology-driven products
  • Experience in validating business models through direct market interaction (e.g. customer outreach, pilot projects, LoIs, or initial sales activities)
  • Strongly developed commercial understanding and the ability to build customer relationships early and translate market potential into concrete business opportunities
  • Experience in defining MVPs, product requirements, and early validation processes is an advantage
  • Ability to work in parallel on multiple ventures with different technologies and business models
  • High execution strength and hands-on mentality
  • Structured analytical thinking combined with creativity and strong communication skills
  • Experience in the Asian innovation or startup ecosystem is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English
