Account Manager

You love building strong client relationships and turning business goals into impactful social media strategies? You're equally at home in a pitch room and a campaign debrief, and you know your way around influencer marketing, platform trends and performance data? Then keep reading.

• You own your client relationships end-to-end: from brief intake and strategic alignment to influencer marketing campaign delivery and performance reporting
• You develop data-driven social media strategies based on client briefs, aligning KPIs, platform selection and creator fit from day one
• You pitch new business, upsell opportunities and influencer activations, positioning Pulse's social-first approach with confidence and commercial instinct
• You lead influencer campaign execution in close collaboration with strategy, talent and content teams, keeping budgets, timelines and stakeholder communication on track
• You monitor and present campaign performance across key social media metrics, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for your clients

• You bring 4-6 years of experience in client services or account management at a social media, influencer marketing, or digital agency
• You are passionate about social media: you know what's trending, which creators are breaking through and what leading brands are doing on every platform
• You communicate clearly and confidently, in writing and in person, and can juggle multiple client demands without losing your cool
• You think commercially and know how to spot and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts
• You are solution-oriented, structured and a reliable partner for clients and colleagues alike
• You welcome feedback, thrive in collaborative environments and are driven by delivering work that moves the needle
