More than 83,600 freelancers, entrepreneurs and large companies use ProvenExpert.com's online surveys to collect customer feedback. As of May 2017, the ProvenExpert platform is also available to global users in English. Our team of 50 concept and graphic designers, web developers and product and marketing professionals are based in Berlin, where they work on the development and expansion of our range of online services. 

## Tasks

- Review and publish test cases on requirements gathering sessions
- Create, setup, and document standardized quality management guidelines and procedures
- Conduct post release verification following a production deployment
- Record, assess and approve tracking system issues, suggested ownership, priority and issues
- Oversee defects to progress on time and stick to defect tracking standards
- Manage QA environment on build and release management
- Offer accurate status on defect information and metrics
- Communicate at all levels, handle multiple projects and work on business critical solutions
- Enhance testing capabilities guided by standard best practices, policies and procedures
- Mentor QA analysts testing activities on test plan and test case development
- Coordinate with business analysts and development teams to assess requirements and engage in project review and status meetings
- Design, track and disseminate metrics to monitor software quality
- Set up and manage communication between development teams

## Requirements

- Bachelor in Software Engineering or similar; a Master's degree is a plus
- 3+ years of work experience in developing, implementing and executing QA processes
- Knowledge and experience in: PHP (unit testing), JavaScript (Jest), React (TS) (Jest), End-to-End Testing Software (e.g. Selenium, etc.), GitLab (Linter)
- Proficient in verbal and wirtten English; German is a plus
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Bonus points if you have knowledge and experience with: JIRA, Confluence, UX, Frontend, Backend and API
- Willlingness to travel to the headquarter in Berlin regularly
