We are seeking a results-driven and analytically minded Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this mid-to-senior level role, you will take ownership of our SEO strategy, paid search campaigns, email marketing programmes, and CRM operations.
You will work cross-functionally to drive qualified traffic, nurture leads, and contribute directly to revenue growth.The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with creative execution and thrives in a data-driven environment. You are comfortable managing multiple channels simultaneously and can translate complex performance data into clear strategic recommendations
Tasks
SEO — Technical, On-Page & Local
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, and local search disciplines.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits covering site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation.
- Perform keyword research and competitive gap analysis using Ubersuggest, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Optimise on-page elements including meta tags, heading structures, internal linking, and content alignment to search intent.
- Manage and optimise Google Business Profile listings and local citation building for multi-location or service-area businesses.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and search performance; deliver regular reporting with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement SEO recommendations effectively.
Google Ads & Paid Search
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing (A/B), audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimisation.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance via Google Ads and Google Analytics 4; optimise for ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and provide transparent ROI reporting to stakeholders.
- Stay current with Google Ads product updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Email Marketing
- Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, drip sequences, re-engagement flows, and promotional sends.
- Segment email audiences and personalise content based on CRM data, behavioural triggers, and lifecycle stages.
- Manage A/B testing of subject lines, content, and send times to continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Ensure email compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and relevant data privacy regulations.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports on deliverability, engagement, and revenue attribution.
CRM Management
- Manage and maintain the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) ensuring data integrity and clean segmentation.
- Build and optimise automated workflows, lead scoring models, and nurture sequences aligned to the sales funnel.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align CRM processes with lead qualification and pipeline management.
- Generate CRM reports and dashboards to track lead lifecycle, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
- Consolidate performance data across all channels into clear, executive-ready dashboards and reports.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and channel-native tools to monitor KPIs and surface opportunities.
- Translate data into strategic recommendations that inform campaign direction and budget allocation.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results across SEO and paid channels.
- SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console.Proficiency with SEO tools:
- Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI outcomes.
- Strong understanding of local SEO signals, Google Business Profile optimisation, and citation management.
- Experience with at least one major email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot Email, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Hands-on CRM experience with workflow automation and lead nurturing (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
- Solid grasp of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), UTM tracking, and conversion setup.
