On-Site IT Support Specialist – L1/L2 (60%)

For a short-term client project in the Basel region, we are looking for an experienced On-Site IT Support Specialist with strong Level 1 and Level 2 workplace support expertise.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users on-site
• Test technical implementations and verify their correct functionality
• Coordinate technical activities directly with end users and project stakeholders
• Reimage and restage laptops, desktops and other workplace devices
• Perform device replacements and support hardware rollouts
• Set up and configure workplaces, including computers, monitors, peripherals and accessories
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and device configuration issues
• Document completed activities, incidents and technical findings

• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams

• Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
• Strong practical knowledge of workplace and end-user computing environments
• Experience with device imaging, staging and replacement processes
• Experience setting up and configuring workplace hardware and peripherals
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and operating systems
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with users on-site
• Reliable availability for three days per week throughout the project duration
• Fluent English skills
