For our client in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced SAP IS-H Consultant to support ongoing operations, application support activities and process optimization initiatives.

Support and maintain SAP IS-H solutions in a production environment
Provide functional support for incidents, service requests and change requests
Analyze and optimize healthcare-related business processes, with a strong focus on billing and invoicing
Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users and IT teams
Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Ensure smooth operation of healthcare administration and billing processes
Several years of hands-on experience with SAP IS-H
Strong expertise in SAP IS-H Billing / Invoicing processes
Experience in application support, operations and functional consulting
Solid understanding of healthcare and hospital business processes
Experience with Swiss healthcare billing processes is highly desirable
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and engage with business stakeholders
