Infrastructure Project Manager – SAP RISE

As part of a strategic transformation initiative, the client is migrating its current SAP ECC landscape to SAP RISE. This is a business-critical, long-term program with high visibility.

In parallel, an Atlassian project (Jira / Confluence) will start in April and will also be managed by the same Project Manager. However, the primary focus and core requirement is SAP RISE and infrastructure transformation.

• Overall project management responsibility for the migration from SAP ECC to SAP RISE
• Lead and coordinate all infrastructure-related workstreams (on-premise to RISE / cloud)

• Act as the central coordination point between:

  • Business stakeholders
  • SAP / RISE teams
  • Infrastructure and cloud providers
  • External vendors and partners

• Plan, manage and control:

  • Scope, timeline, budget, quality and risks
• Ensure compliance with governance, security and compliance standards
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, dependencies and issues
• Prepare and lead project status meetings, steering committees and executive updates
• Drive clear documentation, reporting and transparent communication

• From April onwards: manage an Atlassian implementation project, including planning, coordination and rollout

• 8–10 years of experience as an IT / Infrastructure Project Manager
• Proven, hands-on experience with SAP RISE projects (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of:

  • SAP ECC landscapes
  • Infrastructure and cloud transformation programs
  • Hosting and operating models
• Solid experience in stakeholder, vendor and delivery management
• Ability to manage complex, multi-party projects end-to-end
• Excellent communication skills in English
