## Tasks

In this role, you will leverage your extensive senior experience in employment law to shape a proactive legal landscape within our Client’s organization. Your strategic vision, sharp legal acumen, and conflict resolution expertise will be the driving force behind fostering a thriving and legally resilient work environment.

**Lead and Shape HR Legal Strategies:**

*   Take charge of implementing and refining HR legal processes to handle complex employment legal matters with utmost professionalism. 
*   Collaborate closely with country teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and adherence to internal protocols.

**Strategic Implementation:**

*   Strategically review and execute HR legal processes, streamlining employment-related procedures to align seamlessly with the Group's management objectives. 
*   Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

**External Legal Expertise Management:**

*   Oversee and coordinate external service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of crucial legal advice. 
*   Your proficiency in managing external partnerships will play a pivotal role in obtaining valuable insights to shape the company's employment strategies.

**Crafting and Assessing Employment Agreements:** 

*   Utilize your expert drafting skills to create and assess a diverse array of employment agreements and HR-related documents.

**Strategic Advisory Role:**

*   Provide specialized legal counsel on complex employment matters related to acquisitions, divestments, and corporate restructuring.

*   Your wealth of knowledge in employment laws, regulations, and policies will be instrumental in guiding our Client’s legal strategies.

**In-Depth Understanding of Regional Jurisdictions:** 

*   Showcase your comprehensive grasp of employment laws and regulations across the Czech Republic, CEE countries, and other relevant jurisdictions.
