We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.
They are seeking a Process Improvement Lead to redesign of compliance learning processes and associated data flows. This requires strong process re-engineering expertise to define and deliver an optimised future-state operating model. The successful candidate will facilitate and lead workshops, challenge existing ways of working, and drive process improvement initiatives across the compliance learning landscape.
