Location: Global travel for on-sites with different teams

We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.

We’re looking for an AI Training Consultant to support the delivery and facilitation of AI-focused sessions across multiple business functions and departments. The role will involve both remote and in-person engagement, helping teams better understand and adopt AI capabilities within the organisation.

• Create, lead, and facilitate AI workshops and training sessions across various business functions and departments
• Engage stakeholders both remotely and in person to support AI adoption and capability building
• Travel regularly within the UK and internationally, including to the US, Italy, and Ireland, as required

• An independent consultant
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and practical business applications, ideally within pharmaceuticals / life sciences
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder sessions, or training programmes with senior business audiences
• Hands-on experience with Google Gemini is highly desirable
