We’re supporting a healthcare transformation consultancy.

They are seeking experienced consultants to support a financial and operational turnaround project within an NHS Trust. This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on implementing sustainable improvements in healthcare operations and financial performance. The successful candidate will work closely with Trust leadership and frontline teams to drive service and financial improvement initiatives.

• Deliver on-the-ground financial and operational turnaround initiatives within an NHS Trust environment
• Bring an NHS background with experience in operational or management roles and hands-on delivery of financial and service improvements.
