Senior Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for true entrepreneurial A-players who have proven recruitment experience and a growth mindset.

• Generate new client relationships and grow existing accounts
• Manage contract role requests from brief through to placement
• Build and maintain a strong bench of independent consultants
• Contribute to business-building initiatives (events, marketing, improving processes)

• 2–5 years in recruitment or a similar BD-led role
• Strong commercial instinct and confidence winning new business
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver roles end‑to‑end (experience can be from either permenant or contract recruitment)
• Evidence of performance (e.g. billings, placements, revenue generated)
• The type of person who thrives in a dynamic fast paced and fast changing envrionment and is excited about collectively building a new business

• Knowledge of management consulting sector and individuals from these backgrounds
• Experience contributing to business-building activities (events, marketing, improving processes)
