Location: 4 days on-site in London, 1 day remote
We’re partnered with a leading boutique consultancy who are seeking an experienced Strategy / Transformation professional at the Manager or Senior Manager level to support a high-priority engagement within the financial services sector, with a particular focus on insurance.
This is an opportunity to work on a critical programme with significant executive visibility, driving strategic change and delivering measurable impact within a complex insurance environment.

Tasks
- Lead workstreams within a broader transformation programme
- Develop high-quality executive-level presentations and strategic options
- Structure complex problems and synthesise insights into clear recommendations
- Engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Financial services and/or insurance sector experience
- MBB / top tier strategy house background strongly preferred
- Big Four strategy / transformation background also considered
