Project duration: 3 months (with possible extension for the next project phase), starting asap
Location: Hybrid, two days on-site per week in London, and one day per month in Newcastle
We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide.
The role is for a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping the next stage of a payments technology initiative, supporting supplier evaluation, early solution definition, and stakeholder alignment across multiple locations.

Tasks
- Lead business and technical requirements gathering, mapping processes, data models, and end-to-end workflows to support a payments technology solution
- Support delivery by contributing to RFI/RFP activities and pre-mobilisation design, evaluating options and potential implementation approaches
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Consulting background is preferred
- 7+ years experience in business analyst positions
- Insurance/FS (financial services) experience is ideal
