**We are looking for:**

A new team member for one of our portfolio companies.

## Tasks

- Own the customer acquisition strategy across customer tiers and sales channels incl. offline and international markets
- Develop the company‘s strong brand and leverage it for holistic marketing execution in performance and above-the-line
- Develop and leverage technical marketing infrastructure towards product, steering and organisation
- Optimizing ROI for your eight-digit marketing budget
- Lead, mentor and manage direct reports
- Support a culture of ownership, passion and successfully crossing the finish line as a team
- Trial, success, fail and optimize

## Requirements

- Experience in building and scaling Marketing organizations
- Understanding how to build and develop a top notch (performance) marketing infrastructure
- Ability to take on full (and quantified) entrepreneurial responsibility for your share of the P&L
- Understanding that leadership is not a privilege but a responsibility
- Ability to challenge your direct reports on their turf
- Excellent, clear communication skills
- Ability and drive to identify, prioritize and execute opportunities
- Excellent German language proficiency required
