Business Development Manager - MENA

Tasks
This is a remote contract role for a Business Development Manager in MENA region. The Business Development Manager will build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth. She/He will develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and present solutions to clients. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Increasing the reach and impact of our Interim Product Management services by acquiring new clients
- Maintaining client relationships and participating in industry events
- Collaborating with the team to test and improve prospecting strategies
- Coaching Product Managers to enhance their client relationships
- Building strong partnerships with both clients and internal teams
- Leading initiatives that improve team performance, client satisfaction, and long-term profitability
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the tech industry and knowledge of product management
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience working with tech scale-ups and startups
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
