Our multinational team - currently situated in fifteen locations in Europe and Asia - belongs to the best performing sales organizations of our multinational and local clients. Tasks
Your Business and Area of Responsibility
Our customers are local and multinational manufacturers of Adhesives, Composites, Coatings, Resins & Binders, Polymers, Polyurethanes, Rubber, etc.
- You support our field sales in Italy region with system entries, order processing and administrative tasks.
- You act as a reliable contact for industrial customers, supporting sales activities; internally you collaborate with our Product Managers and Field Sales.
- You are responsible for a defined number of your own customers and handle all aspects of the customer relationship.
- You handle post-sales activities, including interaction with logistics and professional communication with customers to address changes, delays, overdue payments, and other logistical challenges.
- You handle occasional claims and complaints professionally.
- You conduct market research via phone and email to gather insights and opportunities.
- You prepare offers and follow up in coordination with field sales.
- You process incoming orders and report/implement negotiation results into our CRM system.
- You follow up our sample process and maintain accurate data administration to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
Your Profile & Talents

- You are a committed to customer service and can represent our company in occasional negotiations as well as establishing trustful relations.
- You have 2+ years of experience within a B2B sales organization, working with all level of stakeholders, preferably within an international distribution company. Experience in business with chemical prime materials is an advantage.
- You have a high degree of resilience and organizational skills.
- You have an accurate work-style and a hands-on personality.
- You are a team player, eager to learn and are interested in understanding processes and connections.
- You have excellent communication skills, being business fluent in Italian and English.
- You have profound experience with CRM-/ERP-systems.

- Target gross annual salary incl. bonus starting from EUR 48.000; overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
