Welcome to Glow25!
We are a dynamic, fast-growing beauty and pro-aging company based in Berlin.
Our heartfelt mission: Glow moments that last — for our community and for us as a team.
Work at Glow25 should inspire, excite, and be fun. That’s why we’re looking for smart, empathetic people who take ownership and grow with us.
Join Glow25 and help us redefine beauty. We’re excited to meet you!
These are our current challenges and future goals:
At Glow25, we’re looking for a Conversion & Product Analyst to join our central Data team and help us deeply understand how users interact with our websites. You’ll support Product Managers and the Marketing team by driving insight generation, owning our conversion tracking setup, and enabling high-quality decision-making through data.
This role blends strong analytical thinking with solid technical skills. You'll work across the full data stack - from setting up tracking to delivering insights - and play a key role in shaping how we measure and improve the customer journey.

This is where we need your support:

Partner with Product and Marketing: Work closely with Product Managers and Marketers to define success metrics, evaluate experiments, and generate actionable insights.

Build and Maintain the Funnel: Own a sophisticated conversion funnel setup that connects user behavior across platforms and channels.

Tracking & Instrumentation: Contribute to event tracking design, including server-side tracking, to ensure reliable and privacy-compliant data collection.

Campaign Analysis: Help the Marketing team understand campaign performance, user acquisition quality, and channel effectiveness.

Collaborate with CRM: Partner with the CRM team to deliver insights across subscriptions, newsletter performance, refer-a-friend, and loyalty programs to optimize retention and customer lifetime value.

Data Modeling & Engineering: Use SQL and dbt to model clean, usable datasets that power dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.

Proactive Analysis: Identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities for product or marketing improvement - without always being asked.

Enable Self-Serve: Help build a culture of data access by creating clear documentation, training materials, and intuitive self-service data sets in Lightdash.

You have the following experience:

You have 3+ years in product analytics roles, ideally across both product and marketing analytics.

Proven skills in event tracking (client-side and server-side), product instrumentation, and campaign analysis.

Strong command of SQL (Python is an advantage) and experience working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery.

Advanced knowledge of GTM and GA4.

Experience with Shopify is a strong advantage

You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving clarity.

Demonstrated sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English is required

That's something you can look forward to:

Work flexibly, in the way that suits you best. Work when and where you’re most productive – with flexible hours and smart time tracking.

Home office? Done right. We’ve got you covered: receive a one-time €500 allowance to set up your perfect workspace.

Fully equipped from day one. Mac or Windows – you choose what works best for you.

Glow Card – your monthly treat. Get €50 every month to spend however you like – that’s €600 a year, just because.

Learning is part of the deal. Whether it’s our Glowcademy, dedicated learning time, or personal development support – we invest in you, not just in numbers.

Let’s Glow! Enjoy 40% off our entire product range – yes, everything.

Take a break – you’ve earned it. 30 vacation days + 1 personal holiday + up to 10 additional unpaid days off when you need a real reset. Oh, and New Year’s Eve? That’s a day off too!

Stay healthy, stay glowing. Our company health insurance reimburses up to €600 per year for extras like vision aids, alternative medicine, or dental cleanings.

Thinking ahead. After your probation period, we’ll contribute €600 toward your pension plan – and if you add more, we’ll top it up with an extra 20%.

Exclusive partner perks. Get access to discounts and special offers from top brands through our corporate benefit platforms.

Team spirit to go. Our Glow25 merch is more than just fabric – it’s your badge of belonging.

Culture that truly shines. For five years in a row, we’ve been recognized as a Top Company on Kununu - proof of the strong, positive, and genuine culture we live every day.

Move your way. From workouts to wellness retreats – you decide how to stay active. Choose between Urban Sports Club or Wellpass.

Yay! You've made it this far!
But there’s one more thing we want to say: Don’t hesitate! Especially if you’re a woman, or from an underrepresented group. Even if you don’t check every box, we want to encourage you to apply anyway. We believe that a diverse range of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger – and the stronger our team is, the better we can fulfil our mission of helping people bring more energy into their daily lives.
