Welcome to Glow25!

We are a dynamic, fast-growing beauty and pro-aging company based in Berlin.
Our heartfelt mission: Glow moments that last — for our community and for us as a team.
Work at Glow25 should inspire, excite, and be fun. That’s why we’re looking for smart, empathetic people who take ownership and grow with us.
Join Glow25 and help us redefine beauty. We’re excited to meet you!

These are our current challenges and future goals:

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Content Manager to own our organic search strategy and digital content systems, including our DAM platform (Bynder). You will lead SEO performance across technical, on-page, and AI/LLM search dimensions while building scalable content infrastructure for campaigns and international expansion.
You will collaborate with Marketing and Tech to ensure search-optimized, strategically structured content. This strategic role includes operational support in Shopify or DAM during peak periods.
Ideal for someone analytical, structured, and passionate about scalable content frameworks.

This is where we need your support:

SEO Strategy & Execution: You own our organic search strategy end-to-end—from keyword research and competitive analysis to on-page optimization and E-E-A-T improvements. You steer our external SEO agency, build scalable international frameworks, and ensure every launch follows SEO best practices.

AI/LLM Search & Technical SEO: You stay ahead of the curve by developing visibility strategies for AI-powered search (Google SGE, ChatGPT Search, Perplexity) and creating content optimized for LLM retrieval. You also lead technical audits and partner with Product/Engineering to resolve crawl, indexation, and performance issues.

Digital Asset Management (DAM) Ownership: You take full ownership of Bynder—shaping taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and governance to keep our assets organized and accessible. You drive integrations with Shopify, build scalable structures for campaigns and international expansion, and train teams across the organization.

On-Site Content Optimization: You develop SEO-informed content structures for PDPs, landing pages, and collections that perform. You ensure quality and alignment through QA and step in to support Shopify/Bynder updates when the team needs it most.

Internationalization & Scalability: You build modular content and asset frameworks designed to scale across markets. You create localization guidelines and ensure our systems are ready for efficient, seamless international rollouts.

You have the following experience:

Fluent English & German (C1-2) is required. Additional languages such as French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish are a strong plus.

3–5+ years of experience in SEO, content management, or digital experience management (D2C wellness, beauty and supplement sectors preferred).

Strong technical SEO expertise and understanding of organic growth levers.

Experience with AI/LLM searc h or strong interest in emerging AI-driven search dynamics.

Hands-on experience with Shopify and digital asset workflows.

Experience with DAM platforms (Bynder experience is a strong plus).

Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.

Proficient with SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog).

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Comfortable balancing strategic work with hands-on execution.

That's something you can look forward to:

Work flexibly, in the way that suits you best. Work when and where you’re most productive – with flexible hours and smart time tracking.

Home office? Done right. We’ve got you covered: receive a one-time €500 allowance to set up your perfect workspace.

Fully equipped from day one. Mac or Windows – you choose what works best for you.

Glow Card – your monthly treat. Get €50 every month to spend however you like – that’s €600 a year, just because.

Learning is part of the deal. Whether it’s our Glowcademy, dedicated learning time, or personal development support – we invest in you, not just in numbers.

Let’s Glow! Enjoy 40% off our entire product range – yes, everything.

Take a break – you’ve earned it. 30 vacation days + 1 personal holiday + up to 10 additional unpaid days off when you need a real reset. Oh, and New Year’s Eve? That’s a day off too!

Stay healthy, stay glowing. Our company health insurance reimburses up to €600 per year for extras like vision aids, alternative medicine, or dental cleanings.

Thinking ahead. After your probation period, we’ll contribute €600 toward your pension plan – and if you add more, we’ll top it up with an extra 20%.

Exclusive partner perks. Get access to discounts and special offers from top brands through our corporate benefit platforms.

Team spirit to go. Our Glow25 merch is more than just fabric – it’s your badge of belonging.

Culture that truly shines. For five years in a row, we’ve been recognized as a Top Company on Kununu - proof of the strong, positive, and genuine culture we live every day.

Yay! You've made it this far!

But there’s one more thing we want to say: Don’t hesitate! Especially if you’re a woman, or from an underrepresented group. Even if you don’t check every box, we want to encourage you to apply anyway. We believe that a diverse range of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger – and the stronger our team is, the better we can fulfil our mission of helping people bring more energy into their daily lives.
