We are looking for a **German** **\-speaking** **Business** **Development Representative** in our Business Development team to join us on this exciting journey!   
  
## Your mission

As our **Business** **Development Representative** at Prewave, you will… 

* Handle **high-volume** prospecting for qualified leads.
* Develop **new sales opportunities** through outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling and emailing.
* Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives to **develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.**
* Schedule online **product demonstrations for a qualified lead** whilst ensuring you meet your quarterly goals.
* Understand the customer's **requirements and needs** using sales methodologies.
* Keep an overview of **several projects at a time**, monitor their progress and make sure deadlines are met.

## Your profile

## Must haves

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
* 1+ years of experience in sales development in B2B environments.
* Very good at prospecting and cold-calling.
* Native-level German skills, professional-level English skills both written and spoken.
* Outgoing personality and passion for success.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Living within a commutable distance of Vienna or willing to relocate.
* Valid work permit for Austria

  
 **Bonus points for**

* Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Genuine interest in AI, risk prediction, supply chains and what we do.
