We are looking for somebody to join us on this exciting journey to lead our efforts around business data and business intelligence.
The Go-To-Market Data Engineering Manager will ensure we organise internal and external data so that we can understand business performance and trends and steer our business in a data-driven manner.
Your mission
As our Data Engineering Manager at Prewave, you will…
- Build data infrastructure combining key data sources (CRM, headcount data, finance data, external data, etc.), ensuring we capture historical data and create a clean database.
- Create a reporting layer on top of the data lake that allows for both centrally created reporting as well as user self-serve dashboard creation and data analysis.
- Construct out central dashboarding to run and monitor the business.
- Roll out reporting tool as well as individual dashboards to the Go To Market organisation in collaboration with the Sales Excellence and Enablement function and drive adoption.
- Provide strategic insights to business leadership derived from internal and external data, e.g. sweet spots where we are especially successful in winning fast and often, pipeline health, and sales rep performance.
