## Your Mission

As a Entrepreneur in Residence Working Student at Predium, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founding and leadership team and contribute to the growth of the company by developing and executing strategic initiatives.

## Your Responsibilities

* You will work directly with our Strategy and Operations teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
* You will assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive growth and scalability
* You will provide support in active talent sourcing and recruiting
* You will take over responsibilities in the onboarding and strategic development of existing customers
* You will take an active role in cross-functional activities such as strategic finance and headcount planning

## Your Profile

* You are in your bachelor’s or master’s studies in Business Administration or a related field
* You have gained relevant experience through previous internships at a (B2B SaaS) Scaleup, VC or similar fast-paced environments
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a drive to work independently
* You are able to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* You are driven, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
* You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute on a high scale
