PowerUs is building the digital home for skilled blue-collar worker. We help workers like electricians or heating engineers to create their online profiles, network with other workers in our community, take free training courses and find better jobs with higher salaries. On the other hand, we help companies hire skilled workers faster so they can complete their projects, especially in the renewable energy sector such as solar and wind power systems. Qualified workers are the most important missing link in the energy transition towards renewable energy.

With the help of our platform, users can enter these new and exciting industries and earn up to 50% more. Since our founding, we have been backed by tier-1 investors such as General Catalyst, Y Combinator and HV Capital as well as successful business angels such as Max Viessmann, the founders of Personio and Mario Götze. In total, we have $12 million of venture capital.

## Aufgaben

* Als People Operations Manager/in bist du der/die erste Ansprechpartner/in für unser Team bei einer Vielzahl administrativer und organisatorischer Themen entlang des gesamten Employee-Lifecycle.
* Du sorgst durch erstklassiges Office Management für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Büroalltag und übernimmst personalrelevante Aufgaben wie z.B. die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Support bei Relocation Prozessen und Erstellung sonstiger Bescheinigungen. (Rolle erfordert einen gewissen Anteil an Tagen onsite im Büro zu sein)
* Du bist verantwortlich für die fachliche Betreuung der vorbereitenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Projekte z.B. zu den Themen On- und Offboarding, Einführung neuer Tools im HR Bereich etc.
* Als Ambassador für unsere Values lebst und gestaltest du unsere Kultur und bereicherst sie durch die Gestaltung der besten Team-Events.
* Du arbeitest eng mit einer People Operations Werkstudentin zusammen und bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit, um deine Aufgaben erfolgreich zu meistern.
* In dieser Rolle hast du die Möglichkeit, aktiv dazu beizutragen, dass unser Startup weiter wächst und erfolgreich wird, indem du dich um unsere wichtigste Komponente kümmerst: __unser Team__.

## Qualifikation

* Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise im Bereich Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftspsychologie, BWL oder einer ähnlichen Richtung
* Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer HR Operations-Funktion oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Start-up mit 70+ Personen.
* Du kennst Dich im Arbeitsrecht aus und kannst dieses Wissen erfolgreich in Deiner Arbeit anwenden.
* Als kommunikationsstarke Person mit einer lösungsorientierten, proaktiven Herangehensweise organisierst Du Deine Arbeit sehr gut und bewältigst administrative Herausforderungen mühelos.
* Du zeichnest Dich durch Deine Durchsetzungsstärke und Eigenverantwortung aus und hast den Wunsch, Veränderungen voranzutreiben.
* Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, um sicherzustellen, dass Du effektiv mit dem Team und externen Partnern kommunizieren kannst.
