We are currently seeking an experienced Site Subcontracting Administrator for a massive undertaking in Germany.

The Site Subcontracting Administrator oversees the contractual management related to converting a coal-based plant to a combined-cycle power station plant in Heilbronn, Germany.

This position facilitates the effective setup and execution of business strategies and ensures compliance with legal and technical standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee contract negotiations with clients, ensuring agreements are strategically aligned with project goals and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with partners and subcontractors, establishing clear, beneficial agreements.

Support the execution phase of contracts, focusing on compliance with terms, conditions, and successful project outcomes.

Address and resolve disputes, using expert knowledge to develop strategies for amicable resolution, and when necessary, legal actions or arbitration to protect the project's interests.

Detailed Duties:

Provide specialized support to decision-making centers within the business, aiding in strategic and operational planning.

Assist commercial teams by defining agreements with third parties, offering optimal solutions from legal and technical perspectives.

Support sales representatives by assessing contractual risks during offer preparation and managing client negotiations.

Guide management officers in interpreting and implementing contractual clauses to safeguard the company’s interests.

Develop and execute dispute resolution strategies with legal assistance to meet top management’s objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to define and achieve specific business and project objectives.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective negotiation and relationship management.

Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to contract administration and documentation.

Proficient in collaboration and teamwork, with a proactive attitude towards driving project success.

Education and Experience:

Degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field, with substantial experience in contract management.

Proven track record in managing contracts within large-scale industrial or energy projects, particularly in the energy, oil, or construction sectors.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily based at the project site in Germany and may require occasional travel as dictated by project needs.
