• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings, ensuring compliance with the laws of Hong Kong.
• Assist in the preparation for and representation during court proceedings, arbitrations, and client meetings, providing expert legal advice and support.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop proactive solutions for complex legal issues maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage client communications effectively ensuring all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent with admission to the Hong Kong Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably within an international law firm.
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
