The role

  • Position:
    Legal Associate – General commercial and Court work - the Cayman Islands
  • Salary:
    Pro rata from USD 120,000.00 per year.
  • Contract type: Project Work; part-time work.

ROLE OVERVIEW

PLL Legal is seeking to hire a Legal Associate with a strong interest in general commercial and corporate litigation to join our international team to provide his/her valuable assisitance with general commercial work in the Cayman Islands. We offer you the opportunity to grow professionally and take responsibility for various complex matters at an early stage.

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS FOR THIS POSITION

If you have an excellent academic record, admitted as an attorney-at-law by a judge of the Grand Court in the Cayman Islands and is enthusiastic about the legal profession, you encourage you to apply.

Particular required skills:

  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including building empathy with clients,
    other attorneys and staff;
  • Good judgment and responsiveness;
  • Strong intellectual curiosity;
  • Self-motivation with a "can-do" attitude;
  • Commitment to client service and team success;
  • Admitted to practice as an attorney-at-law (in good standing);
  • Law degree.
