Aufgaben
To strengthen our Digital & Growth Team, we are looking for a Product Owner – Digital Products. You will join a team of multifaceted and highly skilled professionals and play a central role in the continuous evolution of our digital sales platforms within our B2B SaaS environment. Your mission: drive growth and customer value through optimized digital customer journeys and strong product ownership of our e-commerce platforms.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading digital product management efforts for our e-commerce platforms and digital self-service experiences.
- Defining and executing a product vision and roadmap that aligns with our digital growth strategy.
- Taking operational responsibility for managing, optimizing, and scaling our digital e-commerce infrastructure.
- Driving improvements in UX, content structure, performance, and functionality to enhance traffic, lead quality, and online conversion rates.
- Shaping and improving customer journeys across the full digital funnel, from first touch to transaction.
- Analyzing customer behavior, conversion performance, and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, developers, SEO, analytics, etc.) and managing external agencies to deliver high-impact projects.
- Partnering closely with stakeholders from marketing, sales, finance, legal, and operations to align priorities and deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Ensuring our e-commerce stack and processes are scalable, efficient, and technically sound.
- Driving A/B tests and optimization initiatives with a strong data-driven mindset.
Qualifikation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management or e-commerce product ownership in a SaaS or B2B context.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling digital products or e-commerce platforms with significant traffic and revenue impact.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with a hands-on attitude and strong business acumen.
- Experience leading agile projects and collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
- Strong understanding of UX, conversion optimization, SEO, and digital performance KPIs.
- Confident working with digital analytics and using data to inform decisions and priorities.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate user needs into scalable product features.
- Native-level German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
