Assistance to C-Level Intern (f,m,d)

Pixtunes is a Berlin-based deep-tech startup that aims to bring a whole new media experience to the world.

Our goal is to deliver everyone their own unique soundtrack for their life. An intense experience just like in the movies, only it's drawn from your own reality, accompanied by groundbreaking music and sound.

We are passionate about what we do, have already achieved a lot but still have a long way to go.

**We are currently in product discovery mode and looking for an Entrepreneur In Residence / Assistance to the C-Level to grow with us and help us generate initial POC's, exciting campaigns, and bring the first product to market

**This is a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a dormant multi-billion dollar market with the possibility to grow into a full-time permanent role at the end of the program, including receiving equity in the company.

As Entrepreneur In Residence, You Can Expect The Following

You will be working side by side with the founders, execute strategic and operational topics and play a significant role in running and growing the company

• You will take the lead in a variety of cross-functional tasks and projects related to Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Sales and Finance
• You will dive deep in the data and not only convert data analysis into insights, identify the biggest levers for growth and develop actionable plans, but also subsequently implement these with lots of drive and ownership
• You will be a growth hacker in everything you do, and proactively figure out how to unlock operational efficiency, improve business processes and deliver scalable solutions
• You don’t see the mess, you see the challenges to tackle and rules which must be broken ;-)

Who we are looking for:

Obtained a degree/about to graduate from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a similar field, with outstanding academic records.

• 2-3 years of practical experience in the area of business development, venture development or entrepreneurship, preferably in a start-up, an incubator and/or consultancy
• Loves challenges and can work independently with little instruction, you have a roll-up-your-sleeves and get-stuff-done attitude and are always thinking one step ahead
• You have excellent analytical skills, work diligently, have great attention to detail, and can consistently deliver results under pressure
• English fluency is required, and German is a big advantage
