Want to practice physiotherapy the way it should be?
Physiologicum-Berlin is a small practice near Amalienpark. You get 30 minutes per patient and work four days a week.
We’re a small, close-knit team: Three therapists, three colleagues at reception, and two freelancers for home visits. We all know each other well and communicate directly.
What this means for you: You focus on therapy and documentation. Everything else – scheduling, billing, patient intake – is handled entirely by our reception team.
Tasks
- Independent therapy: You plan your own treatments, from assessment to therapy plan.
- 30 minutes per patient: Enough time for anamnesis, assessment, and treatment.
- Documentation: You record treatment progress digitally in Theorg. We will train you on it.
- Evening shifts: Twice a week you cover the late shift so working patients can come in the evening.
- Prevention: You show patients exercises for home and advise them on long-term wellbeing.
Requirements
- Education: Completed physiotherapy qualification (LAGeSo-recognized in Germany). Manual therapy certification is a plus, but not required.
- Experience: Recent graduates are just as welcome as experienced therapists. Motivation matters more than years on the job.
- Work style: You enjoy working independently but aren’t afraid to ask for support when needed.
- Team fit: You value being part of a small team where everyone knows and supports each other.
- Development: You are interested in continued education. We co-fund training and attend an annual anatomy course at the Charité together.
- Language: Working knowledge of German is required for patient communication (B2 level minimum).
