Tasks

What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of projects from conception to deployment, in iteration cycles.
  • Deliver high quality code with a high productivity rate
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive and highly performing team environment.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members, raising them to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit strong proficiency in full stack development.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable software and infrastructure solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Effectively communicate project requirements, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Proactively identify and address technical challenges.
  • Implement innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Develop project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements

  • Several high business impact projects you have led or championed
  • Knowledge in data engineering (ETL)
  • Great Typescript and SQL skills
  • Good to have: React, react-admin, Next.js, Nest.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL
  • Great to have: Knowledge in data analytics and data science
  • Test methodologies and their tools (Jest or similar)
  • Very good knowledge of security and its best practices
  • Cloud-Experience with Azure, AWS, Heroku, Vercel
  • Agile and SCRUM process management methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and conceptualization skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Good time management and organizational skills
