SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) / Field Service Senior Consultant

Remote (occasional international travel) | Freelance Contract | Start: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) / Field Service Senior Consultant to support a global S/4HANA transformation programme within the manufacturing sector.

✔️ 7+ years' IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on SAP CS experience

✔️ Strong SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS) configuration and full lifecycle implementation experience

✔️ Expertise in Service Orders, Notifications, Service Contracts, Warranties, Installed Base, Equipment Master, Functional Locations, and BOMs

✔️ Strong understanding of Field Service processes and SAP PM integration

✔️ Manufacturing industry experience

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

Fully remote with occasional international travel. Initial contract with strong potential for extension.
