About the Opportunity

Join a global organization undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program across multiple international markets. You will become part of a highly skilled international SAP team responsible for delivering finance transformation projects, rollouts, and continuous process improvements across the EMEA region and beyond.

This role offers exposure to large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, collaboration with global stakeholders, and significant opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Support and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO / RTR) solutions across international implementation projects
• Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and business process design sessions
• Analyze business requirements and propose standardized SAP solutions
• Identify process optimization opportunities and support digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams and business stakeholders
• Support system enhancements, testing activities, training, and go-live preparation
• Provide functional expertise within Finance and Record-to-Report processes
• Explore new SAP capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Share knowledge and support less experienced team members where appropriate

• Minimum 7 years of SAP ERP project delivery or application support experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO and/or Record-to-Report processes
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
• Understanding of integrations between Finance and other SAP modules
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
