Our client, a global organization undergoing a major digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead SAP S/4HANA Master Data initiatives.

Role Overview

You will act as a key expert within the ERP function, driving master data governance, harmonization, and delivery across international projects. The role combines functional consulting, stakeholder engagement, and leadership within the master data domain.

• Lead design and implementation of SAP MDG/MDM solutions
• Drive data governance frameworks and harmonization initiatives
• Support ERP project delivery and data migration activities
• Engage with global stakeholders and business teams
• Ensure high data quality and standardization across regions

• 5 + years in IT or business systems, with strong SAP ERP experience
• Proven expertise in SAP MDM/MDG and S/4HANA master data architecture
• Experience with business partner, customer, vendor, and material data models
• Full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation experience
• Strong data governance, migration, and quality management knowledge
• Fluent English and willingness to travel
